Through a mix of mediums JJ has developed a series of different techniques that can offer a person who is both Deaf and blind something which they may have loved and now lost due to hearing and sight loss or something which they may have never experienced before.
Combining B.S.L,Deafblind manual, toys, puppets, objects of reference, smells, touch tours, audio description, cast meet and greets, lyrics in your preferred medium (braille,moon etc)
Due to demand and the need of such a service despite leaving Deafblind UK in Dec 2008 - JJ continues to deliver this service with the assistance of a small group of 4 others.

4 trained in B.S.L from level 1 to level 3
All of them can produce Deafblind manual - all at different speeds, from slow to fast
All have up to date c.r.b checks
For some people doing something like this may be completely new to them so to encourage that we also write to agents, companies, individuals etc asking for help with tickets- (asking for a discounted price,but if they offer them free then we don't turn them away) as a trip out may need 2 guides due to communication breaks etc.
Our service is voluntary and is offered because we have all seen what a difference it can make
